The 1st Quarter program was designed to discuss issues
and offer solutions to the problems our youth are
facing. The program unites and challenges, giving
direction to any young person - all of whom face incredible
challenges.

Overview
The 1st Quarter is designed to be flexible and adaptable
to many situations. Its format can easily work well
in an intensive ten-session course, with 40 one-hour
individual lessons. Alternatively, the program can
be adjusted to fit within different time parameters,
both within and outside of the traditional school
day schedule. The program also outlines three parent/community
meetings to be held throughout the ten-week session.
In addition to being used in schools and youths groups,
the 1st Quarter Curriculum can be used by parents
as a character-building tool for their children. It
gives parents a vehicle for addressing some of the
hard-hitting issues that their children are facing.
The 1st Quarter Curriculum is particularly useful
for parents who home school their children, serving
as a great compliment to the more traditional teaching
materials they are using.
Program Objectives

and solutions for the problems our youth are facing
